Over 20 years’ industry experience and a founder of Impact Recruitment Services. Paul is dedicated to delivering a recruitment service that exceeds expectations. Championing a strong work-life balance, he’s a big Liverpool fan and manages a local youth football team, sponsored by Impact.

Angela Hooper CertRP Director

Angela has been part of the Impact family, supporting the team behind the scenes, since day one. As a primary school educator and recruiter, Angela has brilliant skills in conflict management, strategic thinking and diplomacy and she enjoys running, travelling and spending time with her family.

Dan Sharp Operations Manager

A great sport on and off the pitch! A loyal and experienced Impact colleague Dan effectively leads and develops the whole of Team Impact as Operations Director. Passionate about all sports, Dan enjoys watching rugby and playing golf when he’s not spending quality time with his family.

Heather Brightey Office Manager

Responsible for all office administration and finance tasks, Heather delivers a seamless and efficient service to the team, clients and candidates. At heart, she is a bit of a rock chick with a real love of music, going to live gigs whenever possible.

Natasha Trusler Senior Administrator

Everything runs like clockwork when Natasha’s involved, which is exactly why clients and candidates love to work with her – she makes things happen. Natasha makes the most of her time outside of work too, enjoying, shopping, travelling and socialising.

Charlotte Lowe Administrator

Meticulous and thorough, Charlotte takes great care to deliver accurate results in a timely manner whilst also being the funniest person in head office. When she’s not being Queen of Payroll or office pranking someone, Charlotte loves spending time with her family and friends.

Gail Harrison Administrator

Gail’s passion for helping people is unmistakable; following years of volunteering with people and customer facing positions, she is the perfect person to welcome visitors and guide you to the right services and staff. Gail also loves an adventure and in her spare time you can find her lost in a good thriller or sightseeing somewhere exotic.

Tara Evans Administrator

Tara’s background in hospitality makes her the perfect host to greet you at our Wellingborough branch; a friendly face, plus top-notch organisation and multi-tasking skills. A keen walker, you can usually find Tara walking in country parks or visiting her homeland Wales.

Rebekah Frost Marketing Officer

A champion problem solver; whether it’s a board game or a tricky computer conundrum, Bekah's attention to detail is second to none. Her interesting and varied work experience across different sectors means she always has a story to tell, a love of people and a way to fix any issue.

Kier Sheehan Marketing Assistant

Kier loves an adventure, whether that’s through trying new and exotic food or cooking up a social media strategy. With a love of communications and a positive approach to any task, when he’s not working Kier can be found teaching skiing or travelling the world.

Kerry Court AREC Branch Manager

Kerry brings drive, desire and determination to everything she does at Impact. An amazing role model, colleague and consultant, she’s always on hand to help. So much commitment to work deserves a break now and again, and Kerry loves travelling, socialising and going to the gym.

Matthew Hopson Sales Manager

A passionate sports man, Matthew channels his competitive streak into his work, committed to delivering a win:win scenario for Impact, clients and candidates. Outside of work Matthew is involved in both coaching and scouting within youth football.

Sophie Sharman Senior Account Manager

Bringing first-hand experience of working in the industrial sector, Sophie has a passion for organisation and tackling challenges with a competitive and creative streak as she also enjoys clay shooting and crafting. Outside of work, Sophie spends time with her twin sister, friends and 5 dogs.

Josh Hacker Recruitment Consultant

A former Mixologist, Josh brings the perfect cocktail of ‘The Consultant’ to Impact. Mix 50ml of personal motivation and drive, 50ml of team player, 50ml of communication and a dash of ambition then pour over ice into a long glass garnished with a sprig of fresh work ethic. Cheers!

Anna Barford Account Manager

Anna’s career in retail means she has a passion for fashion, customer care and is dedicated to looking after people and seeing the best in them. As well as shopping, she enjoys cinema, live music and weekend city breaks (to go shopping!).

Jed Holmes Account Manager

An entrepreneur and DJ in his spare time, Jed (aka DJed) comes from a background in music events organisation and brings his project management and customer service skills into his role as Account Manager.

Holly Jones Resourcing Consultant

Aiming for continuous improvement and perfection in all she does, Holly’s previous roles involved helping people achieve their best so she is the perfect person to help candidates find their perfect job. With a bit of a wild streak, Holly enjoys extreme and advanced driving, rugby and walking adventures.

A horse-riding, video gamer who loves travelling and spending time with friends, Sasha is a creative multi-tasker and organiser extraordinaire. With a background in education and hospitality Sasha has a passion for nurturing and developing successful candidate and client relationships.

Having worked with Impact since its inception, Nigel is well placed to demonstrate why Impact should be the agency of choice for every business. A proud family man, but if he’s not working or at home then he’ll mostly likely be on the golf course!

A teacher in a previous life, Gavin brings a unique approach to recruitment that gets the best out of every situation. Keen on fitness and music, Gavin loves to play guitar, golf and watch his beloved Leeds Utd in his spare time.

Tom Buller Recruitment Consultant

With a grounding in distribution and production businesses Tom is a real asset to our Industrial Division, always making the right match. Another keen sportsman, and competitive too, he loves all sports especially football. We’re glad he’s on our team!

A background in Planning means Lewis brings his A-game to Impact, with advanced skills in scheduling and organising people. Having played rugby for a number of years, Lewis now likes watching rugby and spending time with friends.
