Over 20 years’ industry experience and a founder of Impact Recruitment Services. Paul is dedicated to delivering a recruitment service that exceeds expectations. Championing a strong work-life balance, he’s a big Liverpool fan and manages a local youth football team, sponsored by Impact.
Heather Brightey Office Manager
Responsible for all office administration and finance tasks, Heather delivers a seamless and efficient service to the team, clients and candidates. At heart, she is a bit of a rock chick with a real love of music, going to live gigs whenever possible.
Lyn Richardson PA to Director
Lyn has been with Impact from the start in 2002 and her support of the Director has contributed greatly to its success. With a wealth of office experience, Lyn ensures efficient completion of all tasks and does a fabulous job keeping the Director in line too!
Natasha Trusler Senior Administrator
Everything runs like clockwork when Natasha’s involved, which is exactly why clients and candidates love to work with her – she makes things happen. Natasha makes the most of her time outside of work too, enjoying, shopping, travelling and socialising.
Kasia Mlynarczyk Administrator
Kasia was born to organise and easily keeps the Wellingborough branch ship-shape, ready to welcome visitors to the office. The caring, people theme continues outside of work where Kasia loves nothing more than spending time with her family and friends.
Charlotte Lowe Administrator
You’re assured of a warm welcome when you arrive at our office. Charlotte ensures client, candidate and team needs are managed efficiently and with a smile. Her love of people continues outside of work where she enjoys spending time with friends and meeting new people.
Tara Evans Administrator
Tara’s background in hospitality makes her the perfect host to greet you at our Wellingborough branch; a friendly face, plus top-notch organisation and multi-tasking skills. A keen walker, you can usually find Tara walking in country parks or visiting her homeland Wales.
Bekah Frost Marketing Officer
A champion problem solver; whether it’s a board game or a tricky computer conundrum, Bekah's attention to detail is second to none. Her interesting and varied work experience across different sectors means she always has a story to tell, a love of people and a way to fix any issue.
Kerry Baillie Branch Manager, Northampton
Kerry brings drive, desire and determination to everything she does at Impact. An amazing role model, colleague and consultant, she’s always on hand to help. So much commitment to work deserves a break now and again, and Kerry loves travelling, socialising and going to the gym.

A wealth of recruitment experience now specialising in Commercial roles. Always professional, friendly and enthusiastic. Her true love is spending time in Cornwall so if she’s not working chances are she’s enjoying a Cornish tea!

Led by customer service, Nelly has a natural empathy with clients and candidates, passionate about helping them to achieve their goals. Not surprisingly, people are important in her life outside of work where she loves spending time with her daughter, family and friends.
Megan Tucker Consultant
An amazing track record in finding the ideal candidates for her clients’, getting under the skin of the role and the caliber of candidate required. Megan is also an artist, receiving regular commissions for her artwork. And then to unwind, she enjoys walking her gorgeous dog.

A great sport on and off the pitch! A loyal and experienced Impact colleague Dan effectively leads and develops his Wellingborough team. Rugby’s his game, having played for Rushden and Higham and now involved with coaching at the club.
Nigel Buller Senior Consultant
Having worked with Impact since its inception, Nigel is well placed to demonstrate why Impact should be the agency of choice for every business. A proud family man, but if he’s not working or at home then he’ll mostly likely be on the golf course!

A teacher in a previous life, Gavin brings a unique approach to recruitment that gets the best out of every situation. Keen on fitness and music, Gavin loves to play guitar, golf and watch his beloved Leeds Utd in his spare time.

With a grounding in distribution and production businesses Tom is a real asset to our Industrial Division, always making the right match. Another keen sportsman, and competitive too, he loves all sports especially football. We’re glad he’s on our team!

With a love of people and an extreme desire to provide great customer service, Holly thinks it’s important to make everyone feel valued. Her sporting background has proven she is a hardworking, team-player and demonstrates this by working harmoniously with clients and candidates to ensure everyone gets the best results.
Lewis James Account Manager
A background in Planning means Lewis brings his A-game to Impact, with advanced skills in scheduling and organising people. Having played rugby for a number of years, Lewis now likes watching rugby and spending time with friends.

A role model in partnership working Gary is a great example of how to make an onsite contract a success. Gary enjoys spending time with his family, socialising and watching Rangers FC, particularly with a cider in hand!

Well experienced in the workings of industrial businesses, Seb is committed to getting the best performance out of our workers. Down time is important to Seb when he enjoys spending time with his two young children, watching football and listening to music.
Rosanne Allen Onsite Account Manager
Experienced in industrial recruitment and ensuring the needs of clients and candidates are met, it’s in Rosie’s nature to look after all the people in her life, be it employees or family. When she is not at work, she spends quality time with her four boys and husband.

An experienced Industrial Recruiter, Andre knows just how to create a great work environment onsite for staff, so they thrive and develop.
