A great sport on and off the pitch! A loyal and experienced Impact colleague Dan effectively leads and develops the whole of Team Impact as Operations Director. Passionate about all sports, Dan enjoys watching rugby and playing golf when he’s not spending quality time with his family.
Heather Newton Office Manager
Responsible for all office administration and finance tasks, Heather delivers a seamless and efficient service to the team, clients and candidates. At heart, she is a bit of a rock chick with a real love of music, going to live gigs whenever possible.
Natasha Trusler Assistant Office Manager
Everything runs like clockwork when Natasha’s involved, assisting with the day to day management of the Head Office liaising with clients, suppliers and internal staff. Natasha makes the most of her time outside of work too, enjoying shopping, travelling and socialising.
Charlotte Lowe Payroll Administrator
Meticulous and thorough, Charlotte takes great care to deliver accurate results in a timely manner whilst also being the funniest person in head office. When she’s not being Queen of Payroll or office pranking someone, Charlotte loves spending time with her family and friends.
Gail Harrison Branch Administrator
Gail’s passion for helping people is unmistakable; following years of volunteering with people and customer facing positions, she is the perfect person to welcome visitors and guide you to the right services and staff. Gail also loves an adventure and in her spare time you can find her lost in a good thriller or sightseeing somewhere exotic.
Tara Evans Branch Administrator
Tara’s background in hospitality makes her the perfect host to greet you at our Wellingborough branch; a friendly face, plus top-notch organisation and multi-tasking skills. A keen walker, you can usually find Tara walking in country parks or visiting her homeland Wales.
Rebekah Frost Senior Marketing and IT Officer
A champion problem solver; whether it’s a board game or a tricky computer conundrum, Bekah's attention to detail is second to none. Her interesting and varied work experience across different sectors means she always has a story to tell, a love of people and a way to fix any issue.

Ellie joins the team bringing a wealth of experience from various industry placements, with a love of team sport Ellie is a team player and has a passion for the creative arts all of which are vital components in the marketing team.
