We are members of the key recruitment industry association the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and have received awards and accolades under recruitment, logistics, marketing, entrepreneurship and training categories. 


Supporting charities

We know that one of the quickest ways to have a positive impact on our local communities, is to support organisations that are already doing great work, and helping them to achieve more. Our current chosen charity is The Crazy Hats Breast Cancer Appeal, founded by Paul's (Impact Director) Auntie, Glennis Hooper. Impact staff, friends and family have all participated in all the Crazy Hats annual sponsored walk events over the last few years, raising thousands of pounds for this great cause. In addition, we've raised money for Cynthia Spencer, Northamptonshire Health Charity, Save the Children and Breast Cancer Now. Our staff are able to nominate charitable causes and organisations that are close to their hearts.

Supporting local care leavers

As of January 2022, Impact Recruitment are signatories of the Care Leaver Covenant; a national inclusion programme that supports care leavers aged 16-25 to live independently.

We assist care leavers with finding jobs and help with application processes including CV writing and interview coaching.

We welcome and encourage care leavers to get in touch with us and always endeavour to treat everyone with kindness, respect and patience.

Disability Confident Committed Employer (Level1)

We are a Disability Confident Committed employer and have started our Disability Confident journey by pledging to take action to improve how we recruit, retain and develop disabled people.

We have also committed to carrying out at least one activity to make a difference to disabled people and encourage our clients to think differently about disability.

We are Corporate Members of The Recruitment and Employment Confederation and as members, we can access legal advice, business support and training to ensure our team are consistently delivering excellent recruitment practices.
