When I was made redundant after 10 years in the same company, I turned to Impact in the hope that I could find a suitable role as quickly as possible. Their approach was very professional and I got asked a series of questions so that they could understand what my strength were and what skills I possessed. I was interviewed over the phone and was asked to attend a face to face interview afterwards.
After a few days, I received a phone call about a potential position. When the lady I was talking to, told me about the type of business the company was operating in, my first reaction was disbelief as it was a world away from what I had being doing most of my life. But the consultant was very positive and explained to me about transferrable skills and, so I accepted the interview. In the days before the interview, Impact prepared me for the interview and gave me very valuable tips to overcome any potential challenges.
I was interviewed twice and got an offer 3 hours after my second interview with the HR manager. I was extremely happy and had to admit that I would have never applied for that role if it wasn’t for Impact recognising my skills and full potential and “pushing “me to overcome my doubt. I am still working for the same company and was promoted 12 months after my start date. I am very grateful for Impact’s professionalism and for their ability to recognise my skills and hidden strengths

The service offered by Impact Recruitment is beyond that of a staffing supplier. Before we relocated to Rushden from London in February, we were recommended to speak to Impact by another local company, as we were looking for assistance with the transition. They certainly didn’t disappoint. They offered advice on the labour market and local pay rates, which enabled us to attract some excellent talent for our new operation. They then set up a permanent recruitment campaign, on our behalf, which resulted in successfully placing 6 members of staff within our team. Since then they have supported us with our on-going and adhoc temporary requirements to a very high standard, with 4 recently being transferred onto our payroll. We did try a cheaper local supplier during the Summer, as Impact were not the cheapest; However, I have since returned to Impact, as they understand our business, they have proved to supply us with a higher quality of candidate and they deliver a high level of customer service.
