Monday to Friday

7.30am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch)

Flexible Start Times

£23k - £27k per annum dependent upon experience

Monthly Bonus Scheme up to £3,600 per year in team bonus.

Impact Recruitment's Flagship Northampton Branch are looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to become part of their well-established Industrial Team. Impact is a multi-award winning independent Industrial and Commercial recruitment consultancy based in Northampton, Wellingborough, Corby & Peterborough. With a multi-million turnover, we provide hundreds of temporary and permanent staff to over 100 clients every week.

We are looking for another Account Manager to support our long-standing client base plus any new business that is coming on board! This is the third time we have hired this year due to unprecedented growth - so if you want to join a forward-thinking fast-growing business, this could be the role for you!

About this role:

  • Visit your own portfolio of clients on a daily/regular basis so own transport is essential.
  • Recruit, select & induct workers for your client base & the team's client base, getting to know all the clients we supply to as a Branch.
  • Provide face to face client support subject to COVID Government Advice or remote support.
  • Check shift attendance & be a contact for all your working Temporary staff.
  • Monitor performance in line with company KPI’s & procedures & deliver information and consult your client base.
  • The completion of administration work & maintaining accurate records for clients and candidates.

No experience necessary just a willingness to learn the ropes!

You will be given plenty of support and outstanding training based on a personal development plan, with weekly and monthly 121's with your Branch Manager and a fantastic internal onboarding initiative we offer.
