How can we help you?

Covid-19 Statement
Impact Recruitment can help with your changing business needs

Measures that have been brought in by the UK Government, to stop the spread of the Coronavirus Covid-19, means that the Impact Recruitment offices are now closed. This affects both our Northampton and Wellingborough branches.

However, as a business, we are still functioning within our normal opening hours and have had the phonelines forwarded to our Administrator’s working from home. We have initiated our Business Continuity Plan to enable all our staff to continue their jobs as best they can from home where they will be safe. As such, all face-to-face interviews, meetings, visits and on-site account management have been stopped temporarily and we are using conferencing software, webcams and phones to communicate with as little disruption as possible. This means we are successfully holding interviews, checking right-to-work documentation, signing contracts and sourcing candidates for clients, both new and existing. Because we are working remotely from each other, some of our normal services may be reduced, temporarily halted or delayed but where we can provide alternatives we will.

Our vision, is to make a positive Impact by consistently delivering an unrivalled service. Our promise, is that our recruitment expertise creates innovative and best-in-class recruitment approaches, delivering exceptional service and strong client and candidate loyalty. This pandemic is not going to stop us keeping our promise or delivering our vision.

Should you have questions or want to enquire about how we can help you with work-seeking or staffing resources you can call us on 01604239555, email info@impactrecruitment.co.uk or get in touch through the many different social platforms we are on, including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.

We are following updates from the Government, healthcare and recruitment industry bodies to stay up-to-date and ensure that we are looking after our temps, staff and clients to the best of our ability, and will keep these safety measurements in place until advised otherwise by the Government.

Thank-you for your understanding and patience at this difficult time, we are all stronger together.

Stay safe, stay home.
