Managing COVID-19 Stress
By this time of year, most people will have usually taken some sort of holiday to make the most of the weather or the kids being off school. Obviously this year everything is different and not only are vacations away unattainable for many, some of you have basically been working non-stop since March, without a holiday or break away from work.
While we can't send you on an all-expenses-paid trip to Jamaica for two weeks, we can give you some pointers on how to handle the stress building up from living and working through such a difficult time.
If you can't get away, prioritise fitting the below points into your day, each day, and it will help ease the pressure.
