Formed in 2002, Impact Recruitment Services quickly established itself as one of Northamptonshires leading and award winning independent recruitment agencies and this high level of performance continues today. Started by the three Directors who remain today, Paul Hooper, Neil Kitchener and Nigel Buller, Impact Recruitment Services retains the personal touch associated with an independent recruitment agency, with the service and professionalism often associated with the bigger agencies. • Specialist employment law advice: Our experience in recruitment means we have accrued a wealth of knowledge around employment law and HR matters. Instead of paying your lawyers or advisors for an initial consultation, just contact us for FREE with your query or requirement for some professional advice. For instances where we believe it is more appropriate that you receive advice from a legally qualified professional we would be glad to introduce you to EMW, our employment law and HR business partner. • Other business services: We also recognise you may also need advice outside of employment, so we confidently recommend our own business partners who have a proven track record of excellent service to Impact Recruitment Services. These services include marketing, design, IT and accountancy.
