In the Community

Businesses have a lot to give to the community and we believe we can make a difference in several ways.

The first is by being a reputable employer who genuinely cares for their people. Without them there is no Impact Recruitment Services, so we endeavour to support our staff to the best of our ability, so that they can achieve their goals both in and outside of the workplace. We do this through accommodating various working patterns, offering a motivating reward programme, providing training and development and making Impact an enjoyable place to be.

Our service also makes a difference, and through our integrity and innovation we are able to provide our clients and candidates with a first class service that allows them to prosper and succeed, another indirect benefit for the community.

Perhaps a more direct example of Impact Recruitment Services in the community is our work for charity, and our current chosen charity is The Crazy Hats Breast Cancer Appeal, founded by Glennis Hooper who is Paul Hooper’s auntie. Impact colleagues, friends and family participated in last years Crazy Hats Annual Sponsored Walk at Wickstead Park in Kettering and raised just over £500 as a group. We are hoping to elicpse the number of people we enter as a group and the total raised in this years '10th' anniversary walk again held at Wickstead on the 18th March.
