Such events at the Grosvenor Hotel London, never get any less grand or nerve racking as you sit there anxiously waiting for your nominated award to be announced. So imagine our excitement when The Recruiter Awards 2012 announced us as winners for the Best Recruitment Marketing Team Award. We are so pleased that our efforts in how we communicate with our clients and candidates have been recognised at an industry level, at an awards ceremony that is the equivalent to the Oscars for the recruitment industry.
In fact, this is the 5th award we have been nominated for over the last 12 month period, and even more impressive, the 5th award nomination for the Recruiter Awards since we launched almost 10 years ago. 10th Annual Crazy Hats Walk

We are delighted to announce that our total donation to Crazy Hats for their recent 10th annual sponsored walk at Wicksteed Park on Sunday 18th March and our recent dress down days, is a superb £701.50. This is 280% of our Justgiving target and brings Impact's total donation from the last two years to £1206.50. Fantastic, thanks again everyone. Spot the Craziest Crown!
Recruiter Awards for Excellence 2012

Impact Recruitment Services are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted as a finalist for the Recruiter Awards for Excellence 2012.
This success is in recognition of our new marketing strategy that we implemented in 2011, the principles of which completely support our customer focus. We decided we didn't want to be the 'best kept secret' anymore and wanted the way we present ourselves to reflect who we are more strongly; customer led, committed to great service and experienced professionals. The result was a new and vibrant brand identity, the launch of Impact Extra which provides employment and recruitment information at your fingertips and insightful customer led communications.
We were chosen as finalists by an independent panel of judges and whilst we're happy to have been selected as a finalist, we would be even more delighted to be announced as the winners on 2nd May at the Grosvenor House Hotel ceremony. We'll keep you posted...

The Commercial team wanted to support their manager who has to wear new glasses for reading and computer work. Whilst David Gore was out of the office the team got together and made their own matching reading glasses and were wearing them on his return!!!! Good job he has a sense of humour

Vicky Capps, our Senior Consultant in our Commercial Team, has been awarded £1500 for winning the Impact Recruitment Services New Business competition. Vicky has had a fabulous year, not least because she got married and had a wonderful honeymoon in Antigua, but also because through excellent client and candidate service she has attracted the most new business, which supports our business growth strategy. We are delighted that Vicky's sterling performance has been recognised and we know she'll enjoy spending it, probably on another holiday!!
